Online Delivery Guidelines/Policies

  • Same to next day delivery service available after order acceptance.
  • Our delivery charges are not mentioned on website total.
  • Our representative will call/WhatsApp customer and inform delivery charges depending on your area.
  • On weight above 48ltr/Kg per order, additional delivery charges are applicable.
  • Customer can confirm or cancel order after knowing Net Total with delivery charges.
  • Payment mechanism is either Cash-on-Delivery or Online pre-payment in our company HBL Account.
  • In case of online pre-payment, order is only dispatched after payment is received in HBL account.
  • Return/Exchange is applicable on selected items within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 25% deduction will be applicable on any return or exchange of the product.

  • We provide online delivery services in three major cities of Pakistan, Karachi, Rawalpindi, and
    Islamabad.
  • Orders are delivered on the same day or the next day after acceptance in our system.
  • Delivery charges are not included in the website total.
  • We contact customers via call or WhatsApp, including informing them of the delivery charges
    separately.
  • Delivery charges depend on area.
  • Additional delivery charges apply to orders exceeding 48 liters or kilograms.
  • Customers may confirm or cancel their order after being informed of the total amount including
    delivery charges.
  • We accept cash on delivery as well as online prepayment through our company HBL account.
  • For online prepayment, orders are dispatched only after the payment has been received in our
    account.
  • For order tracking, our delivery team stays in contact and coordinates with you through calls or
    WhatsApp, providing updates on your order status.
  • Return/Exchange is applicable on selected items within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 25% deduction will be applicable on any return or exchange of the product.

Retail Shopping Guidelines/Policies

  • Our retail shop hours may vary, so please call 0334-3466336 in advance to confirm before
    arriving for self-pickup.
  • We accept cash on delivery and online payments through our company HBL bank account.
  • Parcels will only be handed over once full payment has been received, either in cash or online.
