For Now, we operate within 3 major cities of Pakistan Karachi, Rawalpindi & Islamabad. Soon our operations will expand to other major cities also.

Because Delivery charges depends on your area of each city, This is done to get justified charges from customer of each area. We do not offer “Free Delivery” in any city.

Our Delivery charges are economical & varies per area of your city. After order is placed , our representative call/whatsap and inform delivery charges to customer, customer can confirm or cancel order after knowing Net total including delivery charges.

We offers Same-To-Next day delivery service. However, Incase of any emergency customers are notified regarding order delay beforehand.

Our team is efficient & effective, as soon as your order is placed , our representatives remain on guard and coordinate , either through call or whatsap, updating you regarding your order status.

Our general mode of payments are either (COD) Cash-on-delivery or online Pre-payment in our company HBL bank account. Pre-payment is done due to increase in recent online payment fraud activities

Yes, we offer a Return & Exchange Policy. However, 20% deduction is applied to the total amount as per our policy.

Yes, customers can coordinate with us on our contact number, we will provide warehouse guy number who will provide location/address and inform open/close timing, customer can visit and pick desired product from outside warehouse
